Introducing Jumper Perks

Jumper has always aimed to provide real value to its users through the Jumper Pass. We believe that users who grow their onchain footprint and activity should have access to more DeFi and ecosystem opportunities than those who do not — fortune favours those who jump. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Jumper Perks.

Jumper Perks are exclusive opportunities and rewards unlocked as you climb your Jumper Pass levels. These can include subscriptions, cashback, discounts, or free items that are not available to users on lower Jumper Pass levels.

Jumper Pass

is your onchain passport, showing your activity and achievements across multiple blockchains. As you complete missions and interact with our partners, you earn XP to level up your pass. The higher your level, the more you stand out as a seasoned DeFi user — unlocking access to bigger rewards, exclusive perks, and partner opportunities.

Unlocking perks is simple: climb more levels of the Jumper Loyalty Pass — achieved by increasing your usage of

. The higher your Jumper Pass level, the better your perks. The more you climb, the more you unlock.

To claim your newly unlocked perk, simply click on it in your Jumper Profile. You’ll be redirected to a form (we’re using

), where we’ll verify wallet ownership to ensure rewards go to real knights, and collect your Discord username.

Once you’ve signed the message, entered your Discord username, and submitted the form, head over to our Discord server and open a support ticket. In your ticket, mention which Jumper Perk you’re claiming and your wallet address. Most perks will be distributed directly via Discord, but in some cases (as noted in the form), you may receive your perk directly by email instead.

Perks are usually distributed within one week of your request. However, during the launch period of Jumper Perks, processing may take a little longer due to high demand.

If you don’t feel comfortable signing a message outside of Jumper, please start the claiming process by opening a support ticket in our Discord so we can verify you manually.
